This toy comes in its original box, as the photographs indicate. The penguins feet waddle when the toy is wound up. However, the penguin won't walk when placed on a surface, indicating that the wind up function needs to be worked on some to restore the toy to its original condition. The toy measures 5. 5" high x 3. 5" wide x 3" deep. The box measures 6" x 4"
