The domaine is certified biodynamic and harvests by hand. The fruit is direct pressed, fermented with native yeasts, and raised on fine lees in neutral vessels with minimal SO before a light filtration at bottling. The style is linear, saline, and built for precision and longevity. Arrives late August, 2025.
