Made from all Etna fruit, with over 90% estate, sfuso is a love letter to the bulk wines that used to define Etna viticulture. 84% is a classic Vino Di Anna field blend from vintage 2022 of primarily Nerello Mascalese with small amounts of Nerello Cappuccio, Grenache and indigenous white varieties.
