All necessary hardware is included, tie down bolts are 3 8" diameter meeting all NHRA specs. If you are sick of dealing with the 680 small batteries and charging them every week if you don't drive your car, the 925 offers a lot more reliability and still lighter than the stock battery. This kit does fit with the STM upper
