Candied red berries, cherry liqueur and hints of musky earth and potpourri on the highly perfumed, mineral accented nose. Palate staining raspberry and bitter cherry flavors show excellent clarity, silky texture and a hint of spicecake that builds steadily as the wine opens up. The energetic, sharply focused, impressively long finish repeats the floral and red fruit notes, and supple tannins lend shape
