It is embossed with the wartime Luftwaffe straight tail eagle on a pebbled central field, surrounded by a wreath. The rear of the buckle is unmarked. Leather tab in excellent condition and nicely maker stamped (partly obscured by stitching): F. W. ASSMANN & SHNE
