For the last 40 years these were the helmets used by the Northern Ireland Police for Riot Control that were seen almost daily on every news channel around the world during the unrest in Northern Ireland

which was further modified and put into production in 1948

Metal hardware will have some wear and minor rust. Ink Maker mark stamp is in the middle and dated 1942. There is also another stamp on some of these at the base of the pole. These were found in Germany about 12 years ago in an old furniture factory. Each measures approximately 14. 5 inches in length. Set of 3
