This is a Double Barrel Percussion shotgun in a small

Colt (manufacturer of the M16) and Ontario Knife Company made many of the M7 bayonets for the military and continue to make and sell them commercially

The blade does have scattered oxidation staining on both sides

however it has "tin whisker" style oxidation
