S. Federal Eagle surrounded by 13 stars in the top left, and the seal of the U. S. Coast Guard on the right over 16 red and white stripes. This example has unfortunately been cut at all four corner and mounted onto a wall, with a great deal of wood paneling stuck to the back of the flag. This is a great candidate for restoration and or
