Original Imperial Russian Flintlock Holster Pistol by Caspar Schlerz of St. Petersburg, Russia - circa 1760 Russian Flags MG34 & MG42 Machinegun operatorsOriginal Item: One of a Kind. Here we have a very nice mid 18th Century Flintlock holster pistol, featuring a very interesting heptagonal (7 sized) bore barrel. At first we thought maybe it was a very early rifle, but there is no twist at all in the bore, just 7 sides from the breech to the muzzle. It is marked on the lock plate with the signature of CASPAR SCHLERZ which was an abbreviation used by CASPAR SCHLEGMILCH, who worked in ST. PETERSBURG
