This is a lovely example of a complete Bronze Star set with case, medal, ribbon, lapel device and citation. The medal on the back is name engraved with Benjamin Y. Roberts with the matching name present on the citation. The medal was awarded on June 10, 1948 for meritorious achievement in ground operations against the enemy during the Rhineland Campaign in WWII. We have not been able to locate solid service
