Prosecco Brut NV 0.13 we’ll call itAn organically and biodynamically farmed Prosecco from vineyards near the Venetian lagoon. The grapes grow in Caranto soils formed from clay, sand, and ancient Alpine glacier sediments, shaped by sea winds that lend freshness and mineral character. After gentle pressing, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks using the Charmat method, creating fine and persistent bubbles.
