Constructed of bronze, the obverse with a raised bust of Prince Heinrich XXVII, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a central inscription of FR HERVORRAGENDE LEISTUNGEN (FOR EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES), the obverse marked M. & W., STUTT. and O. LAHR, GERA, measuring 40 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
