In silver and enamels, depicting a blue enamelled flower with green leaves between each petal, the obverse medallion featuring Mary and child with inscription (Happiness), surmounted by a crown, reverse marked with cypher of King George II, marked 925 for silver fineness, surmounting crown, measures 34. 8 mm (w) x 54. 4 mm (h), enamels intact, worn on original ribbon, in extremely fine condition.
