Constructed of aluminum, the obverse with a central Wehrmacht style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, within a circular oak leaf wreath tied at the bottom with ribbons, the reverse with a buckle with dual attachment prongs and a clasp bearing the logo of maker F. W. Assmann & Shne, Ldenscheid, measuring 50 mm in diameter, in near extremely fine condition.
