Constructed of silver, the obverse with a raised leftward facing profile of Prince Regent Luitpold, circumscribed by name and title, the reverse with a central monogram, circumscribed by an inscription of K. B. INFANTERIE REGIMENT KRONPRINZ and I. SCHIESSPREIS 1898 (I SHOOTING PRIZE 1898), the obverse maker marked A. BRSCH, measuring 34. 77 mm in diameter, weighing 19. 9 grams, in near extremely fine condition.
