Romania, Kingdom. An Order Of The Star, Officer, Civil Division, by Lemaitre, c.1910 Newly Listed (Civil and Military Equestrian Order(Ordinul Steaua Romaniei). Instituted in 1877 by Prince Carol I. Type I (1877 1932). Civil Division. In bronze gilt, a blue enamel cross with clusters of smooth rays in each quadrant, the obverse medallion features a superimposed eagle on a red enamelled field, surrounded by a blue enamel ring inscribed IN FIDE SALUS, encircled by a green enamelled laurels, the reverse bears the crowned monogram of King Carol I, the cross is surmounted by a large
