Constructed of silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon, consisting of a Geneva Cross, the obverse with white enameled arms bearing stylized flame designs, with a central white enameled disc bearing a black mobile swastika, with a ring through the quadrants bearing a raised
