(1701 1918 issue; c. 1965 reissue). Constructed of silver with gilt and multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of vaulted eight pointed radiant starburst, bearing a central golden yellow enameled medallion, overlaid by a black enameled Prussian imperial eagle, surrounded by a white enameled ring, overlaid by a raised and gilded inscription of SUUM CUIQUE (TO
