Set on a black hand glittered blocked felt hat base, it includes Big Ben, The Eiffel Tower, a tiny handmade globe, a tiny handmade mini top hat, a hot hair balloon, sun and clouds and white veiling. It's an extravaganza!!! Lined with satin, attaches with a comb and adjustable hat elastic.
