Eventually, he passed the family business on to his son, Oscar, and then on to his grandson, James E. Pepper. This rye, bottled at 92 proof and finished in Pedro Ximenez & Oloroso Sherry Casks, is an homage to a whiskey produced since the dawn of the American Revolution. Rich with
